  was clearly described by the Buddha two millennia ago. That all in this w
 orld is impermanent. Everything born will die. \nIt is logical that anxie
 ty and fear are the appropriate response to this inherent instability\, bu
 t ultimately this is not true. Deeper than our thoughts and opinions\, des
 ires and fears\, there is a field of empty\, aware\, love\, that is your n
 ature.\nYou are invited to find refuge here and now\, in your own true nat
 ure. To fall into yourself is to be yourself fully\, and end any idea of a
  separate self. Here you find what does not come and go. Here you find the
