 kedly and vulnerably\, and acting from our natural expression. Instead we 
 hold back\, living in our heads\, doubting and judging\, hiding and acting
  on anger\, fear and unworthiness.\n\nAll these feelings and stories that 
 cloud our full living of life are connected to one thing - our identities.
  Who we think we are. “I” becomes a membrane between our true Self and
  this moment.\n\nYou are invited to investigate this core belief in who yo
 u are\, and see for yourself it’s a hungry ghost\, a mind projection tha
 t does not actually exist!\n\nWhen you see through your identity as a some
 body\, you discover your natural self\, always here\, shining in love and 
 presence.\n\nThen action come from your natural self without any holding b
 ack\, without doubt\, blame\, victimhood. You simply be as you are\, meeti
