Friday Feb 9th: One Meeting at 7pm (Open Meeting)
Saturday Feb 10th: Three Meetings, 10am, 2pm and 5pm
Sunday Feb 11th: Two Meetings, 10am and 2pm
Each session lasts 1.5-2 hours
