What does it mean to Live Fully?
The challenge to live fully is not a casual thing. It is our myriad fears that seemingly stop us from fully flowing in this moment, meeting it nakedly and vulnerably, and acting from our natural expression. Instead we hold back, living in our heads, doubting and judging, hiding and acting on anger, fear and unworthiness.
All these feelings and stories that cloud our full living of life are connected to one thing – our identities. Who we think we are. “I” becomes a membrane between our true Self and this moment.
You are invited to investigate this core belief in who you are, and see for yourself it’s a hungry ghost, a mind projection that does not actually exist!
When you see through your identity as a somebody, you discover your natural self, always here, shining in love and presence.
Then action come from your natural self without any holding back, without doubt, blame, victimhood. You simply be as you are, meeting this moment openly and fully, and participating with joy and happiness.
